Updated Registration Cancellation Policy

Please note that MCAA has an updated Registration cancellation policy for MSCA24.

MCAA's Registration Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellation requests must be made in writing to events@mcaa.org.

A full refund will be given through August 9, 2024.
An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received between August 10 - September 6, 2024.
A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between September 9 - 13, 2024.
No refunds will be granted if the request is received between September 14 - 25, 2024.

Registration Fees

The member registration fee for all members, UA representatives, exhibitors, and local association personnel is $2,050. Spouse registration is $950.

Registration for non-members is $3,750.

Early Bird Registration

From May 22 until July 5, we are offering early bird pricing of $1,950 for all members, UA representatives, exhibitors, and local association personnel.

Rates and Reservations

PLEASE NOTE: Hotel rooms at The Broadmoor Resort and Spa are WAITLISTED for our conference dates. If you register for the conference, you have the following hotel options:

Make a hotel reservation at a nearby property from a provided link; or.
Join the hotel waitlist for The Broadmoor Resort and Spa. You can join the waitlist even if you have booked off property. Rooms are accommodated on a first come first serve basis.

Room rates at the Broadmoor Resort and Spa for the conference start at $380/night for classic resort rooms plus a resort fee of $32/room each night. There are additional room types available, subject to availability.

If you are unable to select your preferred dates at The Broadmoor, there are alternative hotels available for MSCA attendees that will be available on the hotel reservation link. Room rates at nearby properties vary by location. Please reach out to MSCAAnnual@ConferenceDirect.com if you have any questions regarding your hotel room.

If you would like to be placed on a waitlist for the Broadmoor hotel, please call 719-577-5775.

Hotel reservations are refundable within 7 days of arrival. However, if you cancel a reservation after August 17, you will have a $50 cancellation penalty. If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, a two-night room and tax fee will be charged to your credit card.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a valid credit card to hold a reservation. A deposit of two night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card on or after August 17, 2024.

Cancellations and changes must be made at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date to avoid a hotel cancellation fee of two night's room and tax.

The hotel will charge an early departure fee of two night’s room and tax in the event a guest who has a reservation checks out prior to the guest's reserved check out date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel seven (7) days prior to arrival of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

The 2024 MSCA Annual Education Conference housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee for cancellations made after August 17, 2024. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*MSCA24”
