MCAA's Registration Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund will be given through September 25, 2026.
  • An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received between September 26 – October 23, 2026.
  • A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between October 24-November, 2026.
  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received between November 2-11, 2026. 

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • All reservations require a valid credit card to hold a reservation. A charge of one night’s room and tax will be charged to your credit card if you cancel your hotel reservations 48 hours prior to arrival. 
  • Cancellations and changes must be made at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date to avoid a hotel cancellation fee of two nights’ room and tax.
  • The hotel will charge an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax in the event a guest who has a reservation checks out prior to the guest’s reserved check out date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel 48-hours prior to arrival of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
  • The 2025 MSCA Annual Education Conference housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee for cancellations made after October 16th, 2025. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*MSCA25.” 

Registration & TRAVEL

The member registration fee for all members, UA representatives, exhibitors and local association personnel is $2,195. Spouse registration is $1,025. Registration for non-members is $4,250. 

The Austin Marriott Downtown, 304 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas, USA, 78701, is located 10 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). Valet Parking is $69.00/night.

Rates & Reservations

 

Room rates for the conference start at $369/night for standard resort rooms plus tax. Hotel accommodation reservations must be received by October 15, 2026, to guarantee a room at the conference rate, processed on a first come, first served basis.

Hotel reservations are refundable within 48 hours of arrival. If you cancel within 48-hours of your reservation, a one-night room and tax fee will be charged to your credit card. For housing questions, contact  MSCAAnnual@Conferencedirect.com or 844-827-0818.
