New attendees can join the waitlist by booking a placeholder room in “Hotel Pending”. This will record your stay dates and payment information. When a room becomes available, reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and an updated acknowledgment will be sent to the email address that was provided when creating your reservation.

MCAA's Registration Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund will be given through September 26, 2025.
  • An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received between September 27 – October 26, 2025.
  • A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between October 27-31, 2025.
  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received between November 1-12, 2025. 

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • All reservations require a valid credit card to hold a reservation. A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be charged to your credit card.
  • Cancellations and changes must be made at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date to avoid a hotel cancellation fee of two nights’ room and tax.
  • The hotel will charge an early departure fee of two nights’ room and tax in the event a guest who has a reservation checks out prior to the guest’s reserved check out date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel seven (7) days prior to arrival of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
  • The 2025 MSCA Annual Education Conference housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee for cancellations made after October 16th, 2025. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*MSCA25.” 

Registration & TRAVEL

The member registration fee for all members, UA representatives, exhibitors and local association personnel is $2,095. Spouse registration is $995. Registration for non-members is $3,750. 

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, 7575 East Princess Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255, is located 24 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Self-Parking is $28.00/night or Valet Parking is $40.00/night.

Rates & Reservations

Room rates for the conference start at $339/night for classic resort rooms plus a resort fee of $55/room each night. Hotel accommodations must be received by October 9, 2025, to guarantee a room at the conference rate, processed on a first come, first served basis.

Hotel reservations are refundable within seven (7) days of arrival. However, if you cancel a reservation after October 16, you will have a $50 cancellation penalty. 

If you cancel within seven (7) days of your reservation, a two-night room and tax fee will be charged to your credit card. For housing questions, contact MSCAAnnual@Conferencedirect.com or 844-827-0818.
